Telehealth (Online) Services

At Aurora Psychology, we understand that this is a challenging and uncertain time for everyone as a result of the Covid-19 pandemic. We remain committed to supporting our community and our clients in accessing our services safely, so that you feel supported throughout this time.

We are pleased to announce that we provide Telehealth services in addition to our face-to-face services, ensuring maximum convenience and reducing risk of community transmission. We use Zoom and Coviu for sessions, due to their high levels of security and stability.

Medicare, WorkCover, TAC, NDIS, and private health funds have committed to funding online therapy services.

Please contact us to discuss your individual circumstances and eligibility for rebates.

For information about using Zoom, please click here for a brief guide.

Our Values

At Aurora Psychology, we value respect, openness, adaptability, and evidence-based practice. Everyone is different, and therapeutic approaches that work for one person may not suit another. We have a range of clinicians with different approaches, interests, and skills, meaning that you can choose the clinician and approach that works best for you. We use our knowledge of evidence-based approaches to find the strategies and interventions that suit you, given your history, experiences, and current situation.
